A poll by the Associated Press found that the more people travel, the less they like the Transportation Safety Administration. In fact, its popularity is on par with the IRS, with FEMA being the only federal agency ranking lower. Complaints against the agency studied by the AP run the gamut, from people complaining that searches are pointless and arbitrary to searches that are personally invasive. The TSA assures that it routes all complaints to officials at the appropriate airport.
